Exchanges and Returns
- We will gladly accept approved returns or exchanges of any merchandise purchased 14 days from the date of receiving your order. If the received date cannot be proven (no tracking information), the 14 days will be based from its order date. Please contact email@example.com or fill out the contact form on this page for additional information on how to return an item.
Return items must be in new/unworn condition. Refund amount will be the amount paid minus shipping fees.
Any item that is defective will be fully exchanged and the customer will not be responsible for return shipping fees. If the order is free of errors, the customer is responsible for shipping fees back to the warehouse. Once the returned item is received, we will immediately process a new order for your exchange, and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge.
